Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Delivery times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with GrahaBike.com, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank or Paypal. Graha Bike Group retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email. When placing an order, you verify that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Price Changes and Updates
All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a website error, GrahaBike.com will resolve the price discrepancy on all orders that include that product, at our discretion. This process may involve:
A) Coming to an agreed upon price with the customer, with a collection or a refund of the difference between the incorrect price and the actual price
OR
B) Cancellation of the order, resulting in a full refund for that particular product.
Canceled Orders
Order canceled before they ship may be subject to a 3% credit card fee. If an order is canceled after the item is shipped the customer will be responsible for the shipping portion and 3% credit card fee.
Shipping
Shipping charges and lead times on the website are an estimate and can change depending on the order.
GrahaBike.com will calculate the shipping, and prior to fulfillment of the order, a Customer Service representative will contact the purchaser for approval if additional shipping costs will apply.
Note: Any address change necessary to complete delivery of an order will require an additional shipping cost charged to the Customer's card, whether due to customer error while checking out or at the customer's request after the order has already been shipped.
A change of address for a ground shipment will incur a $17.00 charge to the Customer's card. A change of address for a freight shipment will incur a $150.00 charge to the Customer's card.
Returns
All Returns are subject to GrahaBike.com approval. NO Returns will be accepted and NO Credit will be issued without an advance written Return Authorization from GrahaBike.com.
A. Within 10 days after the items are received or the items are declared delivered by the shipping courier.
B. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
C. The customer can arrange for return shipping to GrahaBike.com, but will not be reimbursed for return shipping costs.
D. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGE: Freight companies charge a shipping fee for any and every item that is shipped back to GrahaBike.com or directly to a manufacturer. These costs are the responsibility of the customer making the return.
E. If GrahaBike.com arranges for pickup of the item(s) to be returned, a Return Shipping Charge will be deducted from any refund amount before a credit is issued.
F. Return Shipping Charges are based upon the current freight costs, the weight of the item(s), vehicle access to your location, and shipping distance. Return Shipping Charges are separate and in addition to the Restocking Fee.
G. RESTOCKING FEE: When any item is returned, it costs money to process that returned item. These costs are typically covered by charging a Restocking Fee to the customer making the return.
H. All returns due to purchase error on the part of the customer will be additionally charged a minimum 30% Restocking Fee, to be deducted from the refund amount.
I. All Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Charges are to be assessed and deducted from the refund amount before a credit is issued.
J. In addition, once an order has shipped and payment has been processed, we do not refund taxes, even if a credit for the purchase is issued. Sales Tax is NOT included in any refunded amounts.
